"Eat Better, Feel Better" by Giada De Laurentiis is the culmination of her path to wellness and a balanced life. The food you select can actually make you feel better and help you to support a healthy mind and body. She includes some of her wellness tactics like intermittent fasting, meditation, and other self-care routines to optimize your well-being.  Also included are 100 new recipes, including Sheet Pan Parmesan Shrimp and Veggies, Pan Roasted Pork Chops, and Chocolate & Orange Brown Rice Treats

Pick up a copy of the cookbook at our Circulation Desk and plan to come to our 6 p.m. meeting on Monday, January 6.  Prepare a dish or two to share with others.  No registration is necessary.
