Cookbook Club
Mario Batali has done a deep dive into American regional cooking with “Mario Batali: Big American Cookbook.” He spent over two years searching for the best dishes from all corners of the United States. From Texas BBQ to seafood soups from Boston, he has compiled over 250 simple recipes in one cookbook.
Check out a copy of the cookbook then prepare a dish or two share with others, potluck style. We will meet at 6 p.m. on Monday, May 5. No registration is needed.
