World Central Kitchen is the first to the front lines, providing fresh meals in response to humanitarian, climate, and community crises.  Their cookbook, "Feeding Humanity, Feeding Hope,” was brought about by the many places they have cooked following disasters.  Each chapter reflects a value of the organization.  You will find food that can be eaten on the go, as well as comforting soups and stews.  This cookbook was chosen as Best Cookbook of the Year by Food Network, The Boston Globe, NPR, Los Angeles Times, Epicurious, and Wired.
