Cookbook Club
“Hey, good lookin’—what ya got cookin’?” is a catchy tune from the 50s. Dolly Parton and her sister, Rachel Parton George, have turned this into a cookbook. “Good Lookin’ Cookin’: A Year of Meals” is full of cherished family recipes like Country Ham and Biscuits, Family Favorite Meatloaf, and Slaw of Many Colors. The cookbook is filled with photographs of Dolly and Rachel and you’ll soon feel like part of the Parton family.
Check out a copy of the cookbook then prepare a dish or two share with others, potluck style. We will meet at 6 p.m. on Monday, December 1. No registration is needed.
